Tiffany has been assisting trauma survivors through their healing journey for over a decade.  Her clinical experience  includes  individual,  family,  and  group therapy.  Tiffany works with victims of interpersonal violence, sexual assault, rape, combat trauma, domestic violence, natural disasters, and trauma experienced by law  enforcement  and  other  
emergency  response personnel.  Tiffany also works with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and many other life challenges.  Tiffany has been a practicing clinical social worker in this community since 2004 and is proud to have spent several years providing trauma treatment to  Veterans  struggling  with  Post-Traumatic  Stress Disorder.  She has  worked  with both  adolescent and adult survivors of sexual trauma and with individuals facing serious and terminal illnesses.  Tiffany is clinically trained  in  evidenced-based  treatments  for  Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, including EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Seeking Safety.  She  also  is experienced in the use of Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
 
Tiffany  believes  in  providing  a  warm,  safe,  and supportive  environment  so  that  her  clients  feel comfortable and secure in working through painful memories  and  taking  steps  to  reclaim  their  lives following trauma.  Her special interests include mind-body connection, intergenerational relationship abuse patterns,  mindfulness  based  practices,  and  helping clients rediscover their strengths and worth following trauma.  
 
Tiffany loves spending time with her family especially 
outdoors enjoying the beauty of this state.  She is an avid reader and loves all genres of literature.  She also enjoys gardening, cooking, and traveling with her family to see and experience new places.  Her personal health and wellness  practices, include yoga,  mindfulness, music, 
hiking,  and  running.
