RiverStone Wellness Center offers a multi-faceted approach to trauma recovery for adults and older adolescents. We understand that seeking treatment can be a huge step following trauma and our clinicians work to help clients feel safe and 
supported throughout the therapy process.  Our trauma recovery program offers:
 
Individual Therapy: Confidential, one-on-one counseling with one of our compassionate and skilled trauma therapists can be scheduled on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
 
Group Therapy:  Sexual Trauma Recovery Group and DBT Skills Group are available for individuals who wish to learn effective coping skill and receive support among other trauma survivors.
 
Free Yoga Classes:  Clients are invited to participate in free weekly gentle yoga classes, which can help survivors feel more grounded, calm their nervous system, and improve mood following trauma.
 
Free Mindfulness Classes: Clients are also welcomed to participate in our free 4-week mindfulness trainings series, offered every other month. Research shows that mindfulness practice can reduce stress/anxiety/depression, increase feelings of well-being, and help individuals cope better day to day.
