Grief and Loss

While  grief  is  typically  associated  with  the passing of a loved one, people may experience loss following trauma, chronic illness, or other events. Everyone grieves in their own way and
in their own time.  Some people recover from grief  and  resume normal activities  within  a matter of weeks, though they may continue to feel  moments  of sadness.  Others  may  take
quite  a  bit  longer  or continue  to grieve for
years without seeming to improve or find relief.  Whether individuals seek assistance in coping with a  recent  loss  or  have  been  struggling
with unresolved grief for some time, RiverStone Wellness Center providers are honored to help
clients  process  their  experiences  and  find meaning beyond their loss.
